The band will be visiting Schmallenberg, the twin Town of Burgess Hill at the end of August 2008. The Schmallenberger Woche is an Arts and Music festival running from Wednesday 27 August through to Sunday 31 August 2008. The band will arrive on Thursday 28 August and leave on Monday 1 September. The band will entertain the Schmallenberg local people and visitors on the centre stage in the town square and at other locations in the region. A tentative schedule of the band's many activities can be found HERE. You can check out the Schmallenberg 2006 Photos to see what fun we had last time. We stayed in the Maritim Hotel in Grafschaft a couple of miles from Schmallenberg. There will be plenty of hiking opportunities, including published walks such as Circular Route 7 starting in Grafschaft. | Last time we played lots of the games to pass the time at the hotel and on the bus. Table Tennis, ad-hoc water polo in the pool, tennis outside, Texas Holdem Poker, scrabble, card games and drinking games!! Check out the photos on this site to see who won. |
